All freight shipped items such as furniture, large rugs, art, lighting, made-to-order furnishings and large decor items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We will provide a replacement if your order arrives damaged from the delivery company. Damages must be reported to the shipping company at the time of delivery. All damages for non white glove deliveries must be reported to hello@shopbaranhome.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. If 24 hours have passed, we will no longer be able to replace the damaged item.
